Our Site Goal

The two main components to gaining muscle are eating correctly and working out efficiently at the gym. Unfortunately, the overwhelming majority gym-goers with the desire to pack on muscle fail at adhering to both of these necessities. Eating properly comprises one-half or more of the equation in terms of perpetuating muscular growth, but will not be covered on this site.

But in regard to the other half of the equation, countless people across the country desiring to develop their bodies persist with all sorts of structural errors in the gym including executing a flawed number sets for each of their body-parts during their workouts, and maintaining an inefficient training split.  As a result, they dedicate a lot of time to working out but never notice any bodily results.

Merely changing the way you allocate your time at the gym without even increasing it, will go a long way in producing the results that you want. It is the mission of this site to cut through  any confusion or concerns that you may have in regard to how to properly workout and present the the most efficient way of doing things at the gym in order for you to maximize muscle growth.
