Weekly Training Splits

The training split incorporated in your bodybuilding routine distinguishes which body-parts you will work out each day of the week. For bodybuilding purposes (gaining muscle mass and definition), the optimum rate at which each muscle should be targeted is once a week. The categories in this section are distinguished by the amount of days a week you want to or have time to go the gym to finish one full cycle of a bodybuilding routine.
